In order to do the weekly flexibility exercises you will need a few essential flexibility tools:

Resistance bands are essential in order to build strength and flexibility. We just don’t want to be flexible as aerialists. We need to have that dynamic flexibility to move through the full range of motion.

These tools are important to help you break through myofascial and gain trigger point releases in your muscles. After using the above apparatus ensure that you stretch immediately afterward. Otherwise, the effects will only last for 24 hours.
